E' richiesta un numero di carta di credito valida con scadenza .

In caso doveste prenotare attraverso questo sito sarà richiesto in automatico un versamento del 50% dell'intero soggiorno tramite paypal all'indirizzo pbgozi@gmail.com

​Nella richiesta di prenotazione vanno indicati il nome, cognome, indirizzo, un recapito telefonico e numero di carta e scadenza e soprattutto l'orario previsto di arrivo.

Ci teniamo a sottolineare che L'ORARIO DI ARRIVO E' FONDAMENTALE, in quanto la nostra struttura è una casa e non disponiamo di reception, ma comunque di un codice digitale di entrata.

 

Il check in lo effettuiamo indicativamente dalle ore 14.30 alle ore 20,00.

Se avete un ritardo siete pregati di avvisare telefonicamente +39 3381612230  o rischiate di non trovare nessuno ad aspettarvi.

​Al momento della prenotazione chiediamo una caparra pari al 50% dell'intero soggiorno.

SALDO INTERO SOGGIORNO

Da versare al vostro arrivo tramite carta di credito, bancomat  o contanti. 

 

TERMINI DI CANCELLAZIONE – IMPORTANTE!

 Cancellazioni entro 30 giorni dal check-in: non sarà addebitata alcuna cifra sulla vostra carta di credito.

Quindi se avete già pagato con paypal o carta di credito verrà restituita l'intera cifra o il deposito del 50%

Cancellazioni  15 giorni prima del check-in: verrà trattenuto il 50% della cifra pagata.

Cancellazioni con meno di 7 giorni di anticipo: la cifra pagata non sarà in alcun modo rimborsabile .

Cancellazioni in corso di soggiorno: se, una volta arrivati, decidete di ridurre il numero di notti del vostro soggiorno le notti prenotate e inutilizzate non sono rimborsabili in quanto la camera risulterà prenotata e non più disponibile.  

​Per disdetta il giorno stesso dell'arrivo, il cliente è tenuto a versare il restante 50% della cifra totale.

CANCELLATION TERMS - IMPORTANT!

Cancellations within 30 days of check: entire deposit will be reimbursed. 

 Cancellations from  15 days beforehand: only 50% of deposit will be reimbursed. 

 Cancellations less than 7 days in advance: the deposit will no longer by reimbursed. 

 Cancellations during your stay: should you decide once arrived to reduce your number of nights, the nights reserved and unused will not be reimbursed as the room results as reserved and therefore is no longer available. 

For cancellation the same day of arrival, the customer is required to pay the remaining 50% of the total amount.
